Every ActiveCampaign account should have engagement monitoring in place. You may have already imported ActiveCampaign's two-part Engagement Tagging automation recipes (available on all ActiveCampaign plans) to track contact engagement with your emails. Maybe you aren't utilizing these automations properly or don't know how to use the data to your advantage ⎯ this course will help!
Tracking engagement gives you insight into how effective your email marketing strategy is. You can use this information to keep your list(s) healthy, and it can play a part in maintaining good deliverability. It also lets you see which contacts are not engaged, allowing you to reach out to them using different channels.
We will be defining an engaged user as: a user who opens emails, clicks on a link within an email, and/or visits a page on your website.
